Handled uses the information you submit only to review and work on your request, communicate with you, and operate this private beta.
Submissions contain your request, your selected contact details, and limited acquisition information from the link you used. AI systems and authorized human operators may assist with your request.
Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, card details, government IDs, or medical records.
We use Google Ads and the Reddit Pixel to measure visits and successful request submissions from advertising. These services may use cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information, page URL, campaign tags and a randomly generated submission identifier. We do not include your request text, email address or phone number in our advertising events. A submission event means a request was received, not that it was accepted as a qualified case.
Pilot submission data is retained for up to 30 days after completion. Contact us if you want your submission deleted sooner.
